Great job! I have to say, i've already tried to draw Olivia Wilde and Oh My God, she has such an impossible face! But you did it! I immediately recognized her, especially her eyes and eyebrows.

It's a good idea not to care about her hair and to focus on her face, her big eyes catch the attention. For a sketch, it's really impressive. The strokes on her cheeks give her some sort of indian-look, I like that! If I have to give you just one advice to improve that drawing, it would be to blur just a little bit the shadows; I know it's just a sketch, but she will look even more beautiful that way.
